Pioloform is recognised as a very good transparent and hydrophilic polymer with excellent mechanical strength and thermal stability. It offer advantages over Formvar and Carbon coatings. A layer of carbon is added to further increase the coatings resistance at high voltages. We offer Pioloform/Carbon coating on copper, nickel and gold square mesh grids as well as on slot and finder grids. We can also offer this coating on other types of grids to special order. Minimum order on all of these coated grids is 2 boxes.
